All of our ratings are subjective, human nature being what it is, so use our reviews as a general guideline to determine if any particular cigar may be to your liking. We at Cigar-Info-Guide choose the cigars we smoke based on nothing more than our whimsy or mood. We also do cigar reviews on cigars suggested by our readers. Our cigar rating system is quite simple... We rate cigar appearance, construction, draw, burn, and taste. Each cigar category can receive anywhere from 1 to 10 points, including fractions, such as 8.2. If a cigar receives an 8.2 for appearance, for example, that translates into an 82 percent score out of a possible 100 for that category... 10 of course, being 100 percent. We take the individual percentages of each cigar category, add them together and then divide by 5 (the number of categories) to come up with the overall cigar score... 100 being the best cigar rating and 0 being the worst. The best cigar score is always listed first and lowest score last. Among what we consider to be some of the best cigars, your sure to find one that suits your own personal taste. After all...
