Protecting Your Cigars With a Digital Hygrometer

Would you like a more accurate way to protect your Rocky Patel cigar collection?

A digital hygrometer is a far more accurate measure than the old-fashioned dial hygrometer, which is not only inaccurate, but difficult to calibrate in many cases.

In addition to to the humidity level readout, almost all of the digital models also have the temperature, which can be read in both fahrenheit and celsius. You can also choose from various sizes and shapes. The one in the picture even has a built in magnet on the back.

There may be a lot of things that keep me up at night, but worrying about my cigars being too moist or dry isn't one of them.

I use a digital for my humidors and keep the old-fashioned ones mainly for decoration. My advice to you would be to use a digital one also.

Don't forget.... you are the final judge. If you can get by with the dial hygrometer, so be it. The condition of your cigars is what's most important.

In fact, isn't it time to take one of those bad boys out for a test smoke?
