Satisfaction Guarantee

Cigar Info Guide's goal is for you to fully enjoy your premium cigar accessories. Please take a moment when your shipment arrives to inspect your products. If you are not fully satisfied with the quality and condition of every product and our service, contact us at customerservice@cigar-info-guide.com and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) Number. Simply place the RMA number on the shipping box and send it back to us. We will refund your purchase price in full, minus shipping charges, upon receipt of return.If you receive any product damaged in shipment, immediately contact the carrier (U.S. Postal Service, UPS or FedEx Freight) and report it. After reporting damage to the carrier, then contact us. We will replace the shipment free of any charges to you.

Cigar Info Guide accepts - American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa, which is all securely processed through PayPal.

Shipping

Cigar Info Guide will ship your product within 3-5 business days, or sooner if possible. Customer will be informed of anything to the contrary and will be offered a full refund if availability time is unacceptable to customer.Orders may be placed on our site for delivery outside the United States. Cigar Info Guide is not responsible for any taxes or duties added to shipments once they are turned over to the carrier.
